Q: Are your artworks original or prints?
A: All of my work is a hand drawn original! Very rarely do I offer prints, BUT I have in the past. Each product description clearly states whether the piece is original or a reproduction.

A: Sizes differ per artwork. Dimensions are listed on each product listing. If you need a custom size, feel free to contact me!

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: I currently ship worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Processing times are typically 3–5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5–10 business days.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you should receive a tracking number via email.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: I accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Most of the time, orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours but this isn't guaranteed. I typically begin processing orders as soon as they come in to ensure the fastest delivery possible, so changes may not be available at that time.

A: All sales are final.

Q: What if my artwork arrives damaged?
A: Please email or direct message me photos of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your order, and I will make it right!
