We offer shipping globally. All orders are processed and shipped from NEUKS studio within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
International Shipping: 7-14 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- High-demand periods may result in longer processing times.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Shipping Carriers
We use reputable shipping carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL to ensure timely and safe delivery. Carrier selection is based on specific requirements of the order, service availability and efficiency.

We currently ship internationally to select countries. International shipments may be subject to:

- Natural disasters
- Customs clearance
- Strikes or labor shortages
- Carrier-related issues
- Or any other events out of the control of NEUKONE
We do our best to ensure on-time delivery but cannot guarantee it.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is complete and accurate. NEUKONE is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for re-shipping arrangements. Additional shipping fees may apply.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] or direct message on Instagram (@NEUKONE) within 3 days of delivery. We may ask for:
- Photos of the damaged package/product
- Tracking number
- Order number (If applicable)
We will work with the carrier and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
